Rich DuBroff
Rich DuBroff, Board Member, Soccer4Girls-SaLone
After graduating from Purdue University, Rich built his career in the telecommunications software industry and lived worldwide leading technical product development programs. Upon leaving the corporate world, Rich took on a new endeavor and today is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer in a private placement fund. Rich is thrilled to be involved in this organization which makes a substantial difference for so many young women and enhances the leadership capabilities of those who support their endeavor. Rich enjoys being a husband and dad and spends most weekends at his son's soccer games in his spare time.

Desmond S. Scott
Desmond S. Scott, Board Member, Soccer4Girls-SaLone
Mr. Desmond Scott is a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. He has over 20 years of professional corporate work experience specializing in the fields Cybersecurity, IT Security, IT Audit, IT Governance, IT Risk, and Compliance. He is a loving husband and a wonderful father to his two children. He has helped trained, coach, and mentor some of the North Texas youth players under Lionheart and Lady Lions quest to become champions in playing soccer. Under his coaching guidance, players on Lionheart, Braveheart, and Lady Lions won many youth games, national championship games, including two times US Youth Futsal National Championships. He enjoys spending time with his family, dinning out, travelling and watching his two children play soccer, and relaxes at home by watching Premier, La Liga, Bundesliga league games.
Desmond S. Scott
D. Samuel Scott Jr.
Board Member - IT support - Soccer4Girls-NA - D. Samuel Scott Jr. is a cofounder of Soccer4Girls-SaLeone. He is currently a student athlete at UCLA and has achieved the follow accolades:
Academics: Honor roll student, Presidential award, member of Honor Society, College Board National African American Recognition, and Duke Tip Scholar Award.
Athletics: Standout club and high school career, competed against MLS Next pro teams and as well as other professional club’s youth academics in tournament play. Former high school varsity player, former Developmental Academy (DA) player, U.S Regional ID camp attendee, and Olympics Development Program (ODP) participants. Star player - U.S. Youth Futsal National Champions.
Samuel enjoys reading, playing on the X-box, playing soccer with friends and providing community service.
Pranav DuBroff
Board Member - IT support - Soccer4Girls-NA - Pranav DuBroff serves as a strong pillar to support the development of Soccer4Girls-SaLone. He is currently a student athlete at Wake Forest and has achieved the following accolades:
Academics: Honor roll student, Presidential award, member of Honor Society, Duke Tip Scholar Award.
Athletics: U.S Youth National Team Player, competed against MLS Next pro teams and as well as other professional club’s youth academics in tournament play, former Developmental Academy (DA) player, and Olympics Development Program (ODP) participants. Star player - U.S. Youth Futsal National Champions.
Pranav enjoys going out with friends and providing community service.
Deze Scott
Board Member - Founder - Soccer4Girls-NA - Deze Scott is the pioneer behind Soccer4Girls-SaLeone. She founded S4G during her freshman year in high school. She is currently a senior at Reedy high and committed to further her academics and soccer career at Brown University. She has achieved the follow accolades:
Academics: Honor roll student, Presidential award, member of National Honor Society, and Duke Tip Scholar Award.
Athletics: High School Varsity player, ECNL player, U.S Women’s Youth National Soccer Camp invitee, and former Olympics Development Program (ODP) participants. Star player - 2021 U14 National Champions and Star player -U.S Youth Futsal National Champions.
Deze is loving, kind, enjoys reading, has a passion to help to promote and help other girls play soccer, she cherish quality time with friends, providing community service and enjoys watching tik-tok videos.
